IT Financial Planning and Analysis to join our Finance and
Accounting organization.Responsibilities:
- Direct a team in the preparation of monthly financial
statements, management reports and analyses
- Work closely with the Firm Controller and the Functional CFOs
to implement programs and initiatives to provide senior decision
makers with timely and cogent financial information
- Facilitate activities related to the monthly reporting and
analysis for the Digital CFO inclusive of analyzing financial
performance versus forecast and plan, investigating variances, and
communicating findings and recommendations
- Provide financial oversight for the evaluation of technology
related business cases, cost optimization initiatives, technology
projects and technology investment decisions including risk
assessment and sensitivity analysis
- Help to ensure that efficient systems and procedures are in
place to produce financial and accounting information, particularly
technology enabled processes, with particular emphasis on activity
cost analysis and allocations. Take lead on publishing SOP in
relevant areas to ensure cost and allocation transparency
- Develop operational and expense analysis, and other key
performance metrics, to help business leaders understand the health
of business and assist in developing action plans for improvement
and optimizing their financial resultsQualifications:
- Minimum eight years of progressive accounting and finance
experience, preferably within a professional services environment
with a minimum four years of supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from
an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an
accredited college or university and CPA are preferred
- Demonstrated IT Financial knowledge with success in managing
staff and multiple ongoing initiatives; experience summarizing
results and producing financial reports
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including
Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data retrieval and reporting systems such as
Hyperion Financial Management, PeopleSoft Financials, SAP Business
Objects. SQL and experience automating large amounts of data would
