      • Work with externally developed financial planning software tools (eMoney, Naviplan, etc.) and internal teams and systems to provide a best in class planning platform that enables the WIM Advice and Planning strategic framework
      • Operate effectively in a matrixed organization by working with diverse partners to define and document business processes and functional requirements for the Advice and Planning COE
      • Identify priorities, scope, and requirements for complex business problems and implement in an Agile Framework
      • Engage technology partners within the Agile Framework to translate business requirements into appropriate technical design approaches
      • Identify and address production issues with vendor tools and with internal partners.
      • Identify and communicate deliverables, risks, and issues to multiple business and technology partners
      • Develop and execute functional and user acceptance test plans and processes

        • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planningDesired Qualifications
          • Knowledge and understanding of financial planning applications
          • Experience mapping business processes
          • Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: user acceptance testing coordination
          • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience
          • Experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements which may include workflows, process maps, or business processes
          • Ability to manage software vendors and vendor resources toward delivery
          • Agile experience
          • FINRA registration including Series 7 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)Other Desired Qualifications
            • Previous experience with financial planning software tools (Naviplan, and eMoney)
            • Experience working with an Agile framework
            • Professional Financial planning designations including CFP, CLU, ChFCJob Expectations
