This individual contributor will have significant influence and personal accountability for ensuring high priority commitments are executed timely and effectively within ICS.Responsibilities: -

  • Define plans, develop and implement/consult on major IT strategies, processes, or on-going programs
  • Establish, implement and manage consistent structure, processes, metrics & reporting, and management routines within ICS for process effectiveness
  • Consult and Recommend risk management requirements for ICS and works with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
  • Interface with internal audit, independent risk management and regulators; Manage responses to influence positive outcomes Interact and influence change all levels of the organization
  • Continuously manage and execute multiple priorities simultaneously. -Required Qualifications
    • 10+ years of technology experience
    • 3+ years of strategic planning and development experience
    • 3+ years of leadership experience
    • 3+ years of risk management and mitigation experienceDesired Qualifications
      • Experience managing large technology development efforts within a major line of business
      • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
      • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
      • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
      • Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
      • Quantitative or qualitative data analysis experienceOther Desired Qualifications
        • 5+ years of banking industry experience
        • Knowledge and understanding of Shared Risk Platform (SHRP) such as reporting and issue management
        • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
        • Experience managing large technology development efforts within a major line of business
        • Strong ability to communicate complex technical, information protection issues and value/impact in simple terms to very senior business and technology leaders.
        • A high level of comfort working with ambiguity or uncertainty and converting information into quantifiable concepts
        • Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to manage numerous, competing demands from internal and external stakeholders
        • Strong ability to effectively communicate and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, competing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
        • Large bank experience technology and operational processes
        • Proven success implementing large enterprise projects and/or enterprise process improvement -Disclaimer
