Job Description:
We are recruiting Corporate Financial Analysts/Senior Financial
Analysts for lower middle market companies in the Greater St. Louis
area, specifically targeting candidates with at least a bachelor's
degree in accounting (MAcc or CPA preferred) ideally some public
accounting experience and corporate FP&A experience for
mid-large size companies. RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage the monthly
forecasting process* Analyze monthly budget to actual results to
help drive cost effective decisions* Prepare future year projection
& 5-year outlook plan* Prepare cash flow forecasts to analyze short
and long-term liquidity* Perform gross margin analysis on all
product lines* Work with various business leaders to track, analyze
and report on KPIs* Prepare various monthly performance reports for
management* Calculate key financial ratios and make recommendations
accordingly* Prepare a quarterly reporting package for key
stakeholders* Ad-hoc financial modeling/reporting at the direction
of the CFOREQUIREMENTS* Bachelor's degree or Finance, Accounting,
or Economics. Master's degree, CPA or MBA preferred.* 2+ years of
experience as a financial analyst* Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
experience preferred, but not required* Public Accounting
experience preferred, but not required* Intermediate to advanced
knowledge of Excel* Proficient in databases, MS Office and
financial software applications* Proven knowledge of financial
forecasting, diagnosis, and information analysis* Ability to
provide Senior Leadership with concise summaries of complex issues*
Consistently displays a positive attitude and is willing to assist
in any capacity to better the Company
