Job Description:

a motivated and detail-oriented legal intern to join our legal
department for the summer 2024. This internship offers a unique
opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate
legal environment. This is a REMOTE position, but may require
travel to corporate events/meetings.Responsibilities:
- Contract Drafting: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing
contracts, agreements, and other legal documents under the guidance
of senior legal staff.
- Commercial and Corporate Law: Support the legal team in matters
related to commercial transactions, corporate governance, and
compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Human Resources: Assist with legal aspects of human resources,
including employment law compliance, drafting employment
agreements, and managing employee relations issues.
- Legal Operations: Support legal operations initiatives,
including process improvement projects, document management, and
legal technology
- implementations.
- Ad Hoc Research: Conduct legal research on various topics as
assigned and prepare summaries or memoranda for review by legal
counsel.Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in an accredited law school program.
- Strong academic record with coursework in contracts, commercial
law, and employment law preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and writing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
environment.
- Prior internship or work experience in a legal setting is a
