• Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Handle complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. --WE VALUE
  • Prior experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment.
  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
